Danish Vanilla Butter Cookies

This is one of my favourite cookie recipes and it is really easy and quick to make them. You can nicely place them in a cute tin to make a great edible gift for your family and friends.

Waterway park

I had been a long time since my friends and I had a day to ourselves where we could simply hangout together, eat, took photos and just have a great time together! So… we decided to check out the newly opened mall that Punggol, Waterway Point and explore the park near it.

We first went for lunch at the Korean BBQ place there. Sadly, they had a time limit of 1h 30min so we couldn’t really hangout there and chill. (Totally forgot to take any pics there)

After lunch we decided to head outside to take some photos…

After have a great time of taking photos, we were exhausted and needed a break from the sun and went back into the Waterway Point mall. While we walked about, did a cheeky bit of shopping we happened to walk by a place that was selling the famous bingsu. We were simply too tempted by it and sat there to get one to share! It was my first time trying bingsu and i would definitely try it again but… just at a different outlet as it isn’t one of the best place know to selling bingsu and the ice-cream part of it tasted a bit weird haha. However, they were really generous with the oreo.
